Information we collect
Printer Problems Solved has no accounts, sign-up forms, comment sections, or contact forms. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details, and we do not sell personal information.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These server logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are kept only for as long as the hosting provider needs them.
Search on this site
The guide filter on the "All printer fixes" page runs entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or stored.
Cookies
The website itself does not need cookies to work. Cookies may be set by third-party services we use, such as analytics or advertising, as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The guides will still work.
Advertising
This website may show ads served by third-party vendors, including Google. These vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
To learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Where the law requires it, for example for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which guides are useful, such as page views and the general region of visitors. This information is reported in aggregate and is not used to identify you.
Your choices and rights
Because we don't collect personal information directly, we don't hold a profile about you. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over data processed by third-party services, such as access, deletion, or opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information. You can exercise these with the provider concerned, for example through Google's Ads Settings linked above, and through your browser's cookie controls.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
